Medbelle does not currently support cardiac or cancer-related treatments, or non-surgical specialities like dermatology, neurology, and pain management. If your treatment isn’t something we can support, we’ll do our best to guide you towards the most suitable next steps.
How It Works
If you haven’t yet seen a consultant:
- Start by contacting Benenden Health to check what consultations or diagnostics are available through your membership. You may alternatively elect to self-fund these services via Medbelle, if you prefer.
- Once you’ve explored your options, register with Medbelle and confirm your Benenden Health membership.
- You’ll receive a clear guide price for any potential treatment.
- Your Patient Care Adviser (PCA) will guide you through any diagnostic steps needed and introduce you to a top-rated, Bupa-accredited consultant, activating your MCP membership.
- The decision is always yours – you can choose if and when to proceed, with no obligation.
If you’ve already seen a consultant (via Benenden Health or the NHS):
- Register with Medbelle and confirm your Benenden Health membership
- Share your clinic letter or treatment plan with your Patient Care Adviser (PCA)
- Let your consultant know Medbelle is preparing a private quote on your behalf and give consent for us to liaise with their team
- Your PCA will provide a personalised, all-inclusive treatment quote
- If you choose to proceed, you’ll unlock your 12-month Medbelle Care Programme ensuring clear guidance and support every step of your private care journey.
