Emily-Jane Harper, BSc (Hons) Adult Nursing

Medbelle Medical Quality Manager

With Medbelle Since 2019

Emily-Jane is a nursing professional with a focus on adult care.

After her nursing training, she began working as a nurse within the prison service. Over her decade-long tenure, she developed care skills for a range of specific ailments.

She also gained experience in nursing research, data collection and analysis, report writing, charing and organising meetings as well as training on healthcare databases which required strong leadership and communication skills.

While in this role, she gained training in diabetes care and took on a specialist role. As a specialist, she liaised with medical staff, GPs, and hospital consultants to uphold a high quality of care for patients with complex medical and emotional needs.

All her tasks were under time-management pressures, but she took pride in responding calmly and professionally to any patient, especially those in distress.

Her additional duties centred on developing study sessions for staff, improving drug charts and delivering presentations to large numbers of delegates and attendees.

All these skills have made her a crucial part of the Medbelle team as she oversees the medical validity of all training materials and healthcare information distributed by the company.

Emily-Jane lives in Berlin with her child and dog. In her spare time, she enjoys music, cooking, and crafting.
