Aaron Doherty
Introduction
Aaron is originally from Ireland but has since made Berlin his home. In his role as Operations Manager, Aaron plays an important part in the smooth-running of the patient experience and communication with all those involved in their care, including the surgeons and secretaries.
Job responsibilities
- Liaise with surgeons, secretaries, and hospitals to ensure all appointments are booked and confirmed and the necessary administration has been processed correctly.
- Working closely with the Patient Care Team to ensure they have the most up-to-date information for their patients and they understand the next steps in their care journey.
- Ensuring all pricing and payments have been provided and recorded.
