When Gaby joined Medbelle in 2023, she joined with nearly five years of recruitment experience in both agency and in-house positions. Her previous experience in healthtech and startups means that she really understands the fast-paced environment and the importance of finding people who are as equally as passionate about improving the healthcare system as we are. Working on a product which has a positive impact on society is something hugely important to her, specifically healthcare, where she felt the consequences of inequality in the system and believes strongly that change needs to happen
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruiting process end-to-end for all our teams and ensure continuously improve our recruiting processes.
- Work closely with hiring managers and founders to understand the goals and hiring needs and maintain and execute a corresponding hiring plan.
- Ensure the tone, culture and values of Medbelle are maintained when hiring prospective candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
