Ata Kasis

Mr Ata Kasis is an experienced Consultant Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon with years of expertise in the field. He completed his basic surgical training in top London hospitals in 2001 before obtaining a research MD degree in orthopaedics from the University of Sheffield. Specialising in all approaches to the spine, including both front and back procedures, Mr Kasis has a particular focus on treating various spinal conditions using the latest technology and minimally invasive techniques. He currently holds a NHS post as a Consultant Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon in the Northumbria NHS Foundation Trust. Having completed a spine fellowship and being a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons and Physicians of Glasgow, Mr Kasis is well-qualified in his field. He is a member of prestigious organisations such as the British Association of Spine Surgeons, the North American Spine Society, and the International Society for the Advancement of Spine Surgery. Specialising in adult degenerative spine conditions, low back pain, lumbar spine surgeries, disc degeneration, and more, he focuses on providing comprehensive care tailored to each patient's needs.
