James Robinson

Mr James Robinson is a highly respected knee surgeon with extensive experience in complex knee problems. Based at the Avon Orthopaedic Centre in Bristol, he specialises in ligament reconstruction, partial knee replacement, arthroscopic surgery, cartilage and meniscus repair, and the treatment of early arthritis. With over 15 years of expertise, Mr Robinson holds multiple roles within prestigious international committees and is a winner of the British Association of Surgery of the Knee President�s medal. His dedication to knee research is evident through his numerous publications and awards in the field. Having completed his orthopaedic training in London and a fellowship in Bordeaux, Mr Robinson has developed advanced surgical techniques for knee ligament reconstruction, cartilage treatment, meniscal repair, and partial knee replacements. He is actively involved in improving best practices, notably serving on the steering committee for the UK National Ligament registry.
