Mujahid El-Deen

Mr Mujahid El-Deen is an experienced Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with a wealth of expertise in trauma & orthopaedic surgery. With years of experience, he currently holds the position of Lead Clinician at Practice Plus Group Shepton Mallet Hospital. Mr El-Deen has a special interest in various orthopaedic procedures, including total knee replacement, total hip replacement, knee arthroscopy, and more. Having obtained his MSc in Orthopaedic Engineering from Cardiff University in 2000, Mr El-Deen has continually pursued excellence in his field. His qualifications include FRCS (Tr & Orth) from The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and FRCS from The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow. He has made significant contributions to orthopaedic literature with publications focusing on topics like hip arthroplasty and knee replacement. A member of prestigious medical bodies like BMA, MDU, and GMC, Mr El-Deen is recognised for his dedication to orthopaedic surgery. Beyond his medical career, Mr El-Deen is a licensed private pilot with a passion for flying light aircraft.
