Rahij Anwar

Mr Rahij Anwar is a highly experienced lower limb surgeon with a special focus on hip and knee surgery. He underwent his higher surgical training in London and completed an AOA accredited fellowship in knee and hip surgery in Sydney, Australia in 2013. With years of expertise, Mr Anwar worked as a locum consultant before being appointed as a substantive NHS consultant knee surgeon in Pilgrim Hospital, Boston. He currently operates in the Care UK Treatment Centres in London and Kent. Alongside his clinical work, Mr Anwar has contributed to various peer-reviewed journals, authored orthopaedic books, and served as a columnist for the BMA News magazine. Specialising in trauma & orthopaedic surgery, Mr Anwar's sub-specialties lie in hip and knee procedures.
