Mr Richard Sinnerton is an experienced orthopaedic surgeon specialising in shoulder and elbow issues, as well as hand problems. With expertise spanning years, he offers treatment for various conditions resulting from overuse, sports injuries, accidents, or unknown causes. Despite resigning his NHS post in 2005 due to discontent, he now treats more NHS patients within the better facilities of local private hospitals. Mr Sinnerton holds a Fellowship in Shoulder Surgery, is a member of the South Thames Shoulder and Elbow Group and the British Elbow and Shoulder Society, and published a renowned textbook on Shoulder Arthroplasty in 1997 based on extensive surgical experience. Dedicated to Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgery, Mr Sinnerton's sub-specialties include Shoulder & Elbow procedures. His qualifications include FRCS (Orth.) achieved in 1997, and he is registered under GMC Specialist Reg as Richard J Sinnerton since 2007. Alongside his clinical practice, he imparts knowledge through courses for General Practitioners and is involved in educating through various channels. His extensive areas of interest cover a wide range of orthopaedic issues such as Frozen shoulder, Tennis elbow, Carpal tunnel syndrome, and more.
