Laura's own words
Which aspects of your role do you find most fulfilling?
"As a Patient Care Adviser, we follow the patients journey from the first contact, right through to after the treatment. This is what I love about my role here, as its so rewarding to see how each of my patients do throughout their journey!"
Your best memory with a patient
"A patient I had spoken with had been suffering with her body image since she hit puberty. She had really struggled to get into words what it was about her breasts that really upset her. From the beginning, I could really sense this and we took the whole process slowly to ensure she was aware of all risks, complications and benefits of having the procedure. It was so nice to see her really open up and become more confident throughout the whole process. Now, after the procedure, it's as if I am speaking to a completely different person!"
If there was one thing you wish everyone knew
"Surgery is not always the answer! I think the fantastic thing about our surgeons is that they are so open to discussing different options with the patients that come through us."
One piece of advice you would give patients looking into cosmetic surgery
"Surgery shouldn't be an overnight decision. It's so important to be as informed as you possibly can before moving forward. I'd definitely suggest looking into non-surgical methods to really gain a clear understanding of what is out there before moving forward."
"Before I started my career at Medbelle, I studied Politics and International Relations in Prague and continue travelling the world whenever I can!"
"I’m so happy with the care I got, couldn’t ask for anything else. I had surgery to have implants removed and I’m so happy. All the staff have been amazing from start to finish, would recommend to everyone."

I am so happy I chose Medbelle to have my Rhinoplasty operation with, my surgeon Mr Cavale made me feel so comfortable he explained my Procedure very clearly to me and went through exactly what to expect after. I highly recommend him I am really happy I chose him.
The Nurses on the day and the theatre staff were also lovely they made me feel so relaxed and really looked after me after the procedure. My Patient Carer adviser Laura has been so good, she has always been online to answer any questions I have had and always rung to check how I am. My whole experience has been great I am now 6 weeks after my op and looking forward to seeing the end result.
