Christopher Bailey

Chris Bailey is an award-winning consultant orthopaedic surgeon specialising in knee conditions and procedures. Alongside his NHS roles and private practice, he holds numerous prestigious positions, such as reviewer for the Clinical and Orthopaedics and Related Research Journal and Associate Representative of the Medical Advisory Council at Sarum Road Hospital. Chris Bailey is an expert in cartilage surgery and ligament reconstruction and provides specialist surgery for patellofemoral dislocation. Sports surgery is another key focus of the Chris Bailey Orthopaedics service. A keen runner and cyclist himself, Mr Bailey did his fellowship training in sports surgery and arthroplasty at Australia’s famous Sportsmed·SA, one of the largest sports medicine facilities in the world.
