Maulik is a dedicated orthopaedic surgeon with a special focus on shoulder and elbow issues. He offers both minimally invasive and open surgeries, ensuring personalised treatment plans based on evidence and shared decision-making. With extensive training and fellowships, including international experience in South Korea, Coventry, and Sheffield, they bring a wealth of expertise to their role as a substantive consultant at Bradford Teaching Hospitals.

Maulik is not only passionate about patient care but also committed to education, recognised as a Member of the Faculty of Surgical Trainers by the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. They lead the technical skills lab at Bradford Teaching Hospitals and are dedicated to innovation, participating in the NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme.

Their active involvement in research, holding two research degrees, reflects their commitment to advancing healthcare. Beyond their professional life, Maulik enjoys cricket, football, and giving back through medical volunteering at events like the Commonwealth Games.
