Nour is our Patient Experience Associate and has been with Medbelle since 2022. Originally from Tunis, Tunisia, Nour has since relocated to Berlin. Nour has an extensive work history in customer experience, with consistent demonstration of excellence, which shows through her dedication and commitment.
- Ensure that complaints/concerns are addressed and resolved within agreed timescales and in accordance with the terms and conditions and our aftercare policy.
- Produce reporting on complaint-handling activities in order to enhance the patient’s experience.
- Manage the early stages of complaints independently
- Work with our Senior Patient Experience Manager to continuously enhance the complaints process that drives and supports the patient experience improvement initiatives
