Medbelle & Pure Physio CPD Event Hosted by Mark Webb

Medbelle and Pure Physio have teamed up with one of our experienced hip and knee specialists for a remote CPD event for physiotherapists about hip pain.

The event is titled Hip Pain - when it isn’t Osteoarthritis and will be run by Mark Webb, a Medbelle surgeon based at the London Orthopaedic Clinic. It will be held from 7 pm - 8:30 pm on Thursday, 25th May, and attendees will join remotely.

Medbelle’s involvement in the event is part of its ongoing mission to improve healthcare, which includes a dedication to facilitating education and helping clinicians to improve continually. Mark Webb is an award-winning consultant orthopaedic surgeon and has a particular focus on sports-related injuries. He has experience with the latest minimally-invasive techniques, as well as non-operative techniques.

Mr Webb will discuss a template to ensure accurate diagnosis of patients without osteoarthritis who present with hip pain and being able to use that to guide treatment and alleviate symptoms.

Pure Physio is one of Medbelle’s Primary Care partners, and supporting a Pure Physio CPD event such as this enables Medbelle to achieve its goal of improving access to education and training in healthcare.

Given the vital role of physiotherapists in preparing for, recovering from, or replacing surgical treatment, a partnership with Pure Physio allows Medbelle to streamline the often fragmented and confusing private healthcare system.

As a clinically-led physiotherapy company, Pure Physio is actively involved in not only regular training events for physiotherapists but also in supporting and integrating the latest clinical research.

As a digital hospital, Medbelle connects many different clinicians across the health system and can use this position to help support cross-disciplinary events such as this, with consultants and physiotherapists discussing the latest treatments and techniques.
