"I used Medbelle to have a long awaited rhinoplasty. I researched into other companies and surgeons but felt that Medbelle we the best. I had a zoom consultation to start with and then met face to face with Mr Jagadeesan. The reason that I chose Mr Jagadeesan was that I felt that we had a discussion around the results that I would like to achieve. He is also very kind and caring which is what you want when you're under a general anaesthetic.
The surgery went ahead without any hitches and recovery was smooth, I did have a worry 2 weeks post op but I was able to speak to Mr Jagadeesan who rested my fears. "I have nothing but good words to say about Katie from Medbelle and Mr Jagadeesan my surgeon. I contacted Medbelle in July regarding a procedure I had wanted for many years and was supported through every step of the process by Katie from Medbelle, she made me feel really at ease talking with her about such a sensitive subject that I had been embarrassed over my entire adult life. I expressed to her how urgently I wanted the procedure and she booked my consultation really quickly. When I arrived at Hopwood Clinic I was met with my surgeon Mr Jagadeesan and although I was incredibly nervous he managed to make me feel comfortable right away - Mr Jagadeesan talked me through the entire procedure as well as aftercare and I left feeling really informed. I was told to go away and think about it however I knew within 10 minutes of my consultation that I had found the right surgeon. Thanks to Katie I was lucky enough to have a cancellation appointment which meant I didn’t have to wait long at all! My consultation was in July and on September the 1st I had my surgery. Because of how well informed I was by both Mr Jagadeesan and Katie I wasn’t nervous or scared at all. My surgery went really well and felt like it was over so quickly because I was lucky enough to have Dr Vijh in the surgery room talking to me and he had some really interesting stories to tell which kept me distracted. When I got home recovery was absolutely fine and on day 3 post-op I received a lovely care package from Medbelle and that was so sweet and thoughtful! I am now 3 weeks post-surgery and healing exactly as I expected! I have had no issues whatsoever and no complaints at all. I really can’t put into words what a difference this surgery has made to my confidence and comfort in general, my only regret is I wish I had done it sooner because the whole process was completely easy, stress-free and I would do it all again! Mr Jagadeesan was wonderful too, he listened to everything that I wanted and was very thorough in explaining the procedure beforehand and what would be done. "Although I transpired not to be a suitable candidate for surgery I had a lot of contact with Medbelle over several months and saw the consultant three times. The whole process with Medbelle was simply outstanding. I’m not putting a ‘Disney’ spin on it, it was flawless. They contacted me regularly and when they said they would. They were incredibly knowledgeable and able to answer any of my many questions. They arranged three appointments with the consultant and followed up after. The consultant was brilliant, I’d recommend him without any reservation. Unfortunately I was not a candidate for surgery, that in itself shows the quality of the surgeon. He advised he could do the brow lift but the improvements would be so marginal that it would not be worth it, he could have taken my money and done it. Although Medbelle had invested considerable time in my case there was no issue when I said I wasn’t proceeding, no issue at all, they refunded my deposit the same day. I’ve never had any connection with Medbelle before but would not hesitate to recommend them."

I can not fault them at all, from my initial enquiry right through my surgery and now my aftercare. I was sent lots of information about what to expect, how to prepare, even what to pack in my hospital bag. My patient advisor Sofija has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. I enquired about having a pinnaplasty, and Sofija got in contact with me straight away. She explained the process, informed me of the surgeon who she felt would be suitable and arranged my free consultation, I just had to turn up!
My surgeon ( Mr Jagadeesan ) was wonderful, made me feel at ease and comfortable. We discussed why I wanted the surgery, what my expectations were and what could be achieved. I saw him at Hopwood Clinic, easy to access and a lovely setting.
Despite being in lockdown, Sofija kept in constant contact with me, making sure I was happy and answering any questions I had. I had my surgery at Burcott Hall and it was a wonderful experience. All of the staff were so lovely, welcoming and so professional. I had to go on my own due to covid restrictions and they were all absolutely amazing, nothing was too much trouble.
