"I came across Medbelle when researching for a surgeon to perform a breast reduction. My journey started in December 2019 when I contacted Medbelle and a surgeon was recommended and a consultation booked in January 2020. I knew immediately that I would have the surgery with Dr Vijh. He was warm and welcoming and made me feel comfortable during the consultation. Medbelle certainly made the right choice and my consultant from then on kept me updated until the COVID pandemic that is. It was unfortunate that I was not contacted or even given a wellbeing check or given updates on my upcoming surgery and had to send an email outlining this. However I was contacted almost immediately and given a heartfelt apology and from then I was called regularly and given updates, which was much appreciated. From Dec 2019 my first contact with Medbelle until my surgery on 31st October 2020, I had 3 patient care advisors, which wasn't ideal as I built a relationship with them and I would hear they were leaving, which would then feel like starting again. However, each of the advisers were lovely Katrina, Genevieve and Katie. Having the uncertainty that my surgery would not go ahead due to the pandemic my advisors were very reassuring and updated me regularly on what was happening in regards to surgery dates. I was lucky to receive a date that was only one day after the original date given. After my surgery, Katie continued to contact me and checked on how I was throughout my recovery and was blessed with a pamper box gift which was a nice touch. Even with those two minor glitches I would still give a high rating and recommend to anyone considering cosmetic/plastic surgery."

"I contacted Medbelle many months ago, from the outset they have been helpful, kind, encouraging and supportive with every decision that I made. The outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic had started and the closest surgeon who was recommended to me was unavailable so the next closest was more than a 2 hours drive away. I wasn't so happy with this so sought opinions from surgeons out of the Medbelle umbrella, both were very helpful but I still felt that I wanted to speak with the first surgeon offered. This second time he was available and I had a Zoom consultation. He was thorough and lived up to his reputation, he understood my needs and was happy to offer me a Full Tummy Tuck with Lipo.
When I finally had a face to face consultation after the wave of the first lockdown he and I agreed that lipo wouldn't be necessary but that a Mons as part of the TT would benefit, the price, as a result, came down. I was due to be completing a couple of triathlons so my surgery was set for September. Medbelle kept me informed as to progress and kept in touch with me to ensure that I was happy with the way things were going and to see if I needed any more support. Surgery date 1 was cancelled due to my surgeon being seconded to NHS under the strain of the pandemic. This was fine and surgery was moved to October. Again this was cancelled so November was set. I was very anxious but Medbelle kept me calm and supported me. Then great news during lockdown two there was a cancellation, I presume due to a positive COVID test so my surgery was brought forward by 5 days after I had a negative test. Whoopee. Medbelle sent me more information as to what to expect and how to prepare and what to do afterwards.
Surgery came and went without a hiccup and Mr Vihj's work was fantastic. I could not be more pleased. Yes, the first week was painful, especially the first 24/48 hours, but each day got easier and now I am writing this 9 weeks Post OP. Medbelle kept in touch with me after surgery day and sent a small gift which was very much appreciated, and for 6 weeks afterwards.
My partner has also been the tower of strength and support. I have really been in the best hands all round. Medbelle definitely found me the right surgeon and I am SOOOO glad I stuck with them. I genuinely couldn't recommend them and Mr Vikram Vihj more. 10/10"
